Job Description
- Promote the company's warehouse services in 12 warehouses location in Bangkok, Navanakorn, Samutprakarn, Choburi, Rayong and Prachinburi
- Increase revenue and profit for the 3PL contract logistics for new business and new customer.
- Estimate project cost and layout storage area for customer
- Maintain the existing customer with satisfaction and to be our loyalty customer.
- Manage and delegate job to having a balance work flow within sales team.
- Support subordinate upon request and coordinate with all concerned party efficiency
- Monitor and check of subordinate performance.
- Contact and visit both existing customers and new customers.
- Contact and coodinate for any inquiry from CUSTOMER, our counter part, agents and overseas.
- Prepare of precise and completed quotation to the CUSTOMER ontime
- Coodinate with Sales Coordinator and team for any inquiry of rate offering from overseas or walk-in customer.
- Follow up and solve the problem that caused by selling and service.
- Verify of completed and correct of rate offering and condition including RFQ, SOP of team members before submitting with customer.
- Collect all RFQ package of customer for further review in each year.
- Review and update quotation with the current or market price to the customer.
- Review reports and assesment of sales performance.
Requirement
- Male/Female , Age : 35-40
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economic, International Business, Logistics or related fields.
- At least 5 years experience for warehouse sales (Preferably a person who can focus on warehouse) and 3 years for management. (No need a person who worked for freight fowarding)
- Good personality, Positive and Proactive mind
- Have experience for sales warehouse service and have knowledge about warehouse operation.
- Able to understand business, customer needs and recommend suitable service
- Able visit and travel to 12 warehouse service locations in Bangkok, Navanakorn, Samutprakarn, Choburi, Rayong, Prachinburi
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills
- Dedication to providing great customer service
- Strong negotiation, decision problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Having good of leadership skill and ability to motivate, management sales team
- Fluent in English, both of written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint).
- Own car and driving license is a must and able to drive long distance.
