The Senior FP&A Manager reports to the Head of Central FP&A of Sportradar and will be responsible for providing quantitative and qualitative analysis to our management with insights into what drives profitable growth.
In this role you will focus on transforming and monitoring the execution of the group operating unit’s strategy, into a long-range plan with annual operating budgets. With the use of financial modelling skills, you will forecast operating and profitability performance and set annual targets for KPIs.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Interact with finance and business stakeholders to deliver solutions to support company mission and strategy
- Monitor and coordinate cost accounting (including monitoring of booking)
- Support the creation and implementation of the overall FP&A framework improving the speed, accuracy, quality and transparency of financial results and supporting accountability of results delivery.
- Act as the finance business partner for People service unit and support senior management with ad-hoc p-cost trending and hiring analysis as well as efficiency programs
- Participate in the month-end closing
- Lead the personnel cost impact dimension for group operations in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, in collaboration with business leaders and finance counterparts.
- Establish and lead the recurring P&L performance monitoring (monthly, quarterly, annually) through management reporting that identifies performance drivers and brings actionable intelligence to management.
YOUR PROFILE:
- University degree in finance / banking
- Strong previous experience within a FP&A or Controlling role
- Profound experience using advanced financial analysis and management reporting in an international scalable business.
- Proven comprehension and ability to apply foundational corporate finance techniques to measure financial performance/returns (e.g. DCF, IRR, NPV)
- Excellent OneStream and good Dynamics knowledge
- Good MS Office knowledge
- Fluent in English(written and spoken), fluency in German will be considered a significant plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to keep overview and prioritize well
