We are currently looking to recruit an energetic, self-motivated and dynamic person to join our team. This is a varied role & as the Internal Sales Co-Ordinator & General Administrator you should have excellent communication skills, have the ability to work on your own initiative and be confident and comfortable with finding solutions to help our customers and senior management that you will be supporting.
Skills Required
- At least 6 months previous office work is desirable
- Proficient in MS Office skills including Excel
- Good time keeping and attendance
- Be conscientious, adaptable and a team player
- Discretion is extremely important

- General Duties Include
- Provide outstanding customer service to our customers while handling queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Internal customer sales order processing
- Updating the internal operations databases
- General office admin duties such as filing and answering phones & dealing with visitors at reception
- Running reports as required
- Supporting General Management team with admin tasks
Hours for the role are: 8.30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday
