If you are passionate about Finances, there is a great opportunity for you as we are looking for a highly motivated Finance Intern full time for 6 months!
Starting date: Mid-August 2023

Within the Nordic Organization and reporting to the Nordic Chief Accountant, you will havethe perfect opportunity to learn the operational processes around account receivables, payables and T&E bookings. You will receive a solid overview of the accounting processes that are the foundations of any Finance/Accounting department. This internship will be based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
YOUR MISSION ____________
Your main responsibilities will be:
- To book incoming payments from customers (Account receivables)
- To produce overdue list, analyze outstanding invoices and send reminders
- To maintain the customer database (Accounting view) in SAP
- To book vendorinvoices (Account payables)
- To pay vendor invoices
- To maintain vendor database in SAP
- To reconcile bank accounts
- To book employee travel and entertainment
- Could be part of intercompany reconciliations
- Could be part of Intrastat reporting
PROFILE
WHO YOU ARE _________
- Bachelor or Master Student (Major Finances or Business Administration)
- Fluent in English (Danish will be a plus)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Particularly Excel and PowerPoint is a must)
- Structured and organized, with an eye for the detail.
- Analytical skills and strong communication skills.
- Basic accounting and SAP knowledge
