We are looking for an Office Administrator at our Farm Based operation between Sasolburg and Parys. The incumbent must have own transport as there is an 18km sand road that needs to be negotiated daily. We have plans to relocate in the near future to a more accessible venue.
We are looking for an experienced assistant that is able to handle all the daily tasks as per list below;
- Taking instruction from our Chief Technical Officer on site to make his like easier
- Keeping Schedules updated - Project tables etc.
- Scanning Invoices and sending them to the Pretoria Office weekly
- Checking time attendance and sending information to the Pretoria office Weekly
- Collecting items when required to do so
- Ordering Stationary
- Making sure printers are in running order
- Handling CAA related queries and correspondence
- Taking Charge of the Cleaning Staff
- Filing
- General running of the office - assisting the staff onsite
- All general day to day running of the office.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to R15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sasolburg, Free State: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Certificate (Preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 10 years (Required)
- Microsoft Office: 10 years (Required)
- Microsoft Project: 5 years (Preferred)
Language:
- Afrikaans and English (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Drivers Liscense - Code 8 (Required)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Required)
