Responsibilities/Communication/OHSE

Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Ensure the proper and correct excution of projects with regard to Engineering & Construction and Subsea services
  • Prepare forward-looking plans, schedules and budgets in order to support the efficient planning, execution and evaluation of the resources
  • Maintain resource market intelligence and offer creative solutions to Bidding and project execution teams.
  • Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
  • Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare / write procedures, engineering brief, schedules and planning for the various aspects of the project plan, including document control compliance;
  • Prepare / issue story board, method statement, instalaltion procedures, calculation note, seafastening calculation, structural analysis and reports, sketches, drawing & lifting plan;
  • Review equipment specifications for in-house and hired equipment, converse with suppliers to ensure plant and equipment are compliant. Monitor pricing and cost;
  • Attend project client meetings / briefings and prepare draft and final reports
  • Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications;
  • Coordinate with estimation team project estimation and project schedule;
  • Support commercial team as required
  • Ensure Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) of projecs to help organize and manage the total work scope of the project;
  • Initiate / review / comment engineering and technical deliverables;
  • Prepare and coordinate meeting and issue associated minutes;
  • Liaise and support with onshore and offshore operation team
  • Ensure project is managed as per company requirements and client specification

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification/Experiences/Skills

Education & Professional Qualification:
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • PMP Certificate (Recommended)
  • Professional Experience:
  • 6 to 8 years of experience as Project Manager and minimum 5 years experience in EPCIC / Subsea Contracting company
Geographic Experience:
  • GCC preferable
Computer Skills:
  • Computer literate, Project Planning, Excel, Autocad
Language Skills:
  • English a must, Arabic is a plus.
Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge:
  • Strong knowledge of EPCIC / Subsea industry
  • Strong Knowledge of topside construction works
  • Diving / ROV Operations
