Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Telemarketer to join our engineering firm. The Telemarketer will be responsible for generating new business leads and scheduling appointments for our engineering team. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting cold calls to potential clients to generate new business leads
- Developing and maintaining a database of potential clients
- Identifying key decision-makers within target companies and building relationships with them
- Setting appointments for the engineering team to meet with potential clients
- Following up with potential clients to ensure their needs are being met
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with potential clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to learn and understand technical concepts related to engineering
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales metrics
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Salary: Rs15,000.00 - Rs20,000.00 per month
