SCOPE: To perform all kitchen work for the staff cafeteria. Supervise the work and to oversee the kitchen and cafeteria operation
JOB SPECIFICATION & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To report for duty on time and in the manner specified: well groomed, clean uniform, clean hand gloves, hat, name tag, safety shoes, etc
2. To check cleanliness in kitchen area and cafeteria – dry & clean
3. To ensure food replenish on time
4. To be responsible of preparing cafeteria menu for employee consumption.
5. To be responsible for the quality of all food prepared, constantly checking for taste, all food portioning size are adhere based on rotation cafeteria menu
6. To avoid all material used with a view of elimination waste and spoilage especially meat, fish and vegetables
7. To ensure that spoil or damage serving utensil are not put into use
8. To ensure and observe the cafeteria operations and its need
9. To refer with Human Resources Department pertaining any complaints or issues
10. To ensure food serve in cafeteria serve with the right temperature
11. To work alongside steward on cleaning schedule
12. Strictly adhere to all health regulation
13. To work with current market list – for ordering etc
14. To check the market supplier item at the receiving area – to ensure all ordering and cost for cafeteria only
15. Any-add hoc job assigned by HOD and Management
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From RM2,500.00 per month
